Robert Hughes-Penney

Robert is a member of the Corporation of Londons Court of Common Council. He is an Investment Director and member of the management committee at Rathbone Investment Management, which specialises in managing segregated portfolios for private clients and trustees.
After attending Haberdashers Askes School, University and RMA Sandhurst, Robert spent four years in the army before joining the City stockbrokers Laurence Keen, with whom he trained. In 199, Rathbones acquired Laurence Keen and in 2000 Robert was appointed a Fellow of the Securities Institute.
Robert lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife, Elspeth, and their three children. They are involved in a number of charitable and church activities
