The Resource Centre, a subsidiary of the CPF, provides training and conference facilities for London's voluntary sector in a dedicated building in North London.

These resources are of an exceptionally high standard allowing the voluntary sector to use it as an effective meeting place for people, ideas and initiatives.

Bellingham Community Project Ltd - Website to follow

The Foundation owns property in Lewisham, London SE6. The Bellingham site comprises a 12 acre playing field and is managed by the Project, a subsidiary of CPF. The Project oversees the running of a leisure and lifestyle centre on the site for the benefit of the local community. The Centre opened at Easter 2004 and is managed on a day-to-day basis by Greenwich Leisure Ltd.

The principal funders of this £4 million building were Sport England, CPF and the London Borough of Lewisham.
